Client work and community are where most of my energy is going right now. I didn't expect them to inform each other as much as they do, but the overlap has made both more interesting.
Using Claude Code beyond code — Exploring how a tool built for software development is quietly becoming one of the more useful things in my client and business development toolkit. Predominantly using it within Visual Studio Code, with great results.
Operating model design — Going deeper on the formal concepts behind it — building the language and frameworks to have more ambitious conversations with clients who are ready for real transformation.
Garland Road corridor — Recently asked to represent my neighborhood on an advisory effort focused on this stretch of East Dallas. Coming up to speed on an area with a lot of history and a lot of potential.
Getting to know District 9 — East Dallas is a big place. Making a deliberate effort to understand it beyond my own neighborhood — its history, its dynamics, the people already shaping it.
AFI Top 100 — I continue making my way through the AFI's 100 greatest American films. I'm in no particular rush. Will provide an official count soon.
